FSR Annual Scholarship

The FSR Annual Scholarships aim to support motivated individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge of energy and transport regulation by providing free access to FSR training courses.

The FSR commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is central to our mission: we recognise that having different perspectives helps generate innovative ideas and solutions to complex problems in our fast-pacing, ever-changing sector. This programme aims to make FSR executive education more inclusive and accessible – for students and professionals in Europe and globally.

Successful candidates will present their motivations for applying for the scholarship, how it will help them advance their career goals and the reasons why they choose to invest in learning, networking and contributing to a global community. If you are interested in one of our training courses and looking for financial support, apply to our scholarship for a fully funded seat.

To apply for this scholarship, click on the APPLY button below and complete all sections of the survey.
In your application, you will have to detail:
– Your motivation to seek financial support
– Your reasons for choosing the course
– The ways in which the course will promote your career

Furthermore, you will be asked to upload your CV (max. 2 pages) and to indicate one reference contact.
Application for 2027 will open in the upcoming months.

Applications will be assessed by a Selection Committee of FSR members according to the authenticity and substance of your responses, the strength of your motivation, and the relevance of your professional objectives to the course.

The transparency, genuineness, and depth of your reflections will be valued and rewarded in the evaluation process. In addition, the Committee will strive to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the selection process.

We encourage applications from candidates of variegated backgrounds, regardless of their age, nationality, level of education and professional experience.
