The Academy aims to contribute to two main outcomes:
Each course combines an online introductory and closing module, providing participants with key concepts, learning materials, self-assessment quizzes, and follow-up discussions through a dedicated course platform. These modules help participants prepare for the residential training and consolidate their learning afterwards.
The core of the learning experience takes place during three days of expert-led sessions, combining technical lectures, case studies, and peer exchange between participants from different Member States.
On the final day of the residential training, participants work collaboratively on realistic regulatory scenarios, applying their knowledge to practical reform challenges and comparing approaches across countries.
The Academy also includes thematic workshops hosted in different Member States, creating opportunities to address regional and cross-border challenges and exchange practices.
Following the courses, participants can request additional guidance through tailored consultations, helping translate learning into practical reform implementation and address country-specific needs.
