An Overview of Recent Energy Case Law from the CJEU, June 2026

The FSR Law Area provided a comprehensive review of the most significant energy cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union in recent months. Kaisa Huhta (Part-Time Professor, FSR; Associate Professor, University of Eastern Finland) and Adrien de Hauteclocque (Part-Time Professor, FSR; Visiting Senior Fellow, LSE)  offered an expert analysis of the latest developments in case law. The discussion also covered an overview of the most significant pending cases.
