Executive Training Assistant

Biography

Letizia is Executive Training Assistant at the Florence School of Regulation. She is involved in the planning, organisation, and implementation of executive training activities. Her work include collaborating with academic experts and supporting participants to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality courses in residential, online, and hybrid formats.

She holds a PhD in Education and Psychology from the University of Florence, where she specialised in lifelong learning. Her academic path also includes a Master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, enriched by international research and training experiences at University of Salamanca (Spain), University of Würzburg (Germany), University of Birmingham (UK) and Dublin City University (Ireland).
