Africa CEO Forum asks: Can Africa be the next clean energy powerhouse?
The conclusion reached by the panellists was that the answer was yes, if the right policies and the requisite political will are in place. As Siyanga Malumo, CEO of the Copperbelt Energy Corporation, said, “The money is there: so we need the policy, the enabling environment, and the right tariff structure.”
