Nov 23, 2018

A new working paper with the title ”The impact of the EU Emissions Trading System on competitiveness and carbon leakage” has been published by Stefano Verde (FSR Climate).
The paper surveys the econometric literature that tests for the occurrence of competitiveness effects and carbon leakage under the EU ETS.
