Professor Parcu has presented a Report in Brussels

On 5 September Professor Pier Luigi Parcu has presented the FSR C&M Report “The Future of Broadband Policy part 2: Technological Neutrality, Path Dependency and Public Financing” during the debate on “Technological Neutrality and Ultra-Fast Broadband: Is There a Right Balance?”, which has been held at the European Parliament in Brussels.
