Biography

Giuliana D’Andrea is a Policy Officer in the Market Surveillance and Conduct Department of the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). She holds a Master’s degree in Law from LUISS University in Rome and a Master’s Degree in European Legal Studies: Law and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe in Bruges. Before joining ACER, she worked as case handler at the European Commission (DG Competition), as legal assistant at the Court of Justice of the EU, and as legal counsel in an international law firm assisting clients on Competition Law matters.
