Madeleine Hammerman

Biography

Madeleine Hammerman is a policy and legal expert in the European energy sector, with experience spanning EU institutions and national regulatory authorities. She is currently a Policy Officer at the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), where she works on REMIT market data policy topics, including aspects related to REMIT implementation and cooperation across EU energy market governance frameworks. Previously, she served as Legal & Market Adviser at ENTSOG, contributing to gas market and network code-related work. Earlier in her career, she held various roles at the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate (Energimarknadsinspektionen), working on market surveillance, international affairs, and regulatory and judicial review processes.
