Antoine Donne is a Senior Legal Counsel at EPEX SPOT, the power exchange operating short-term electricity markets in Europe. He also undertakes a PhD in energy law and digital law at University Paris Dauphine PSL. He graduated from Sorbonne Law School University in Paris with a Master in energy law.
