Digitalisation is transforming transport and mobility. Understanding the regulatory implications of digitalisation requires knowledge of EU digital law and policy (DSA, DMA, Data Act) and the regulatory strategy in transport (digitalisation of infrastructure and services, Mobility Data Space, data sharing, ticketing, etc.).
