State Aid to the Nuclear Power Sector

Professor Leigh Hancher recently contributed a piece for the OGEL journal on the role of state aid to the nuclear power sector. The paper focuses on the recent ruling of the General Court on Austria’s application to annul the EC’s decision that state aid for the construction of a new nuclear power station in the UK is compatible aid.
