Biography

Jacomo Restellini is a senior associate at Lenz&Staehelin, where he is a member of the Employment and Pension group, regularly assisting clients on issues relating to employment law and litigation. Jacomo’s practice focuses on commercial contracts and administrative law matters. He is also a specialist in aviation law and provides services for airlines and private jet owners on all matters relating to national and international aviation. This includes aircrew employment conditions, data protection, traffic rights, sale, purchase, lease, registration, aircraft maintenance, carrier licensing, passenger rights and compliance with environmental regulations.
