Jaime Parada

Biography

Jaime Parada from Chile holds a doctorate in Energy Engineering and is the founding partner of Deuman, an international consulting firm specialising in the development of transport, energy and climate change policy, in Latin America. He has more than 30 years of experience in techno-economic analysis to finance mitigation projects in the industry and has contributed to the development of innovative programs for the adoption of new technologies in the electric and transport sector.

Since 2019, Jaime led the electromobility division of Deuman, having developed the normative framework for the promotion of Electro Mobility in Peru, pioneered the development of

charging infrastructure for the building sector in Chile, and is currently providing technical assistance to the Chilean agency of sustainability in the promotion of electromobility in the key economic sectors of Chile.
