Biography

Lola is a fourth year PhD Researcher at the European University Institute, Department of Law. Her focus is the assessment of legal coherence within data obligations imposed on businesses delivering digital services in the EU. She approaches coherence from the lens of increasing data availability in compliance with the fundamental right to privacy.
