Biography

Luis Nistal Martínez has more than 15 years of EU Funds management experience. Since December 2020, he is currently  Deputy Director of Eu Funds at Spanish Rail Infrastructure Manager. His previous expereince entails:

  • Area Manager of Eu Funds at Spanish Rail Infrastructure Manager From Dic 2015 to Dic 2020;
  • Financial Head Manager of Eu Funds at Spanish Rail Infrastructure Manager From Dic 2009 to Dic 2015;
