Cristiana Lauri

Max Weber Fellow, Department of Law, European University Institute

Biography

Cristiana Lauri is a Max Weber Fellow at the Department of Law of the European University Institute. She obtained her Ph.D. in Market, Enterprises and Consumers at the University of Roma Tre and was awarded the Prize for the best Doctoral Thesis in Urban Law of the year issued by the Italian Urban Law Association. She is an adjunct professor of Town Planning and Cultural Heritage Regulatory Framework at Sapienza University of Rome and of Administrative Law and Global Environmental Law at the University of Macerata. Her research explores the governance of Smart Cities.
