Head of the Energy Unit at INEGI and Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems, Isabel has participated over the last 15 years in various national and international consultancy and research projects dedicated to energy planning and policies.
Areas of expertise: Energy Planning; Climate change mitigation instruments and policies.
