Robert Stavins has recently written an interesting article with the title Will the Paris Agreement Help or Hinder Cooperation among Nations?
In his article he discusses the fundamentals of the Paris Agreement, making reference to the Second Carbon Market Workshop, on 14 May, organised by FSR Climate in cooperation with DG Climate Action, where Mr Stavins gave a dinner speech.
