Simone Borghesi new FSR Climate Director

Simone Borghesi has been appointed the new Director of the FSR Climate Unit as of 1 September 2017. Borghesi is Professor of Environmental Economics at the Department of Political and International Sciences, University of Siena, Italy and President-Elect of IAERE (Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economists).
He succeeds Xavier Labandeira who has headed the unit during the past three years.
