Ready for the future of energy economics? In Florence, YEEES!

On 8 and 9 November, FSR had the pleasure to host the 25th Young Energy Economists and Engineers Seminar (YEEES).

Fifteen PhD students from all over Europe came to Florence to present their latest work. A time slot of 45 minutes was allocated to each paper to allow for extensive feedback and discussions among the students and FSR researchers.

The next generation of energy economics researchers seems to be on the right track!

More about YEES

The YEEES network was founded about 12 years ago and has a special link with the FSR as some of its founding members are associated with FSR today. The ‘by-students-for-students’ seminar finds place twice a year in a different location. Stay tuned, soon the location for YEEES Spring 2019 will be revealed!
