A policy paper by the Energy and Climate areas’ directors of FSR, Jean-Michel Glachant and Simone Borghesi, has been recently published with the title: Carbon pricing, decarbonisation and digitalisation: the future of and the challenges to the EU climate & energy policy.
The paper is part of a series of ‘EP Elections Policy Papers’’produced by the EUI in connection with the European Parliament elections to take place in May 2019. The papers, focusing on all the major issues of divergence which currently characterise member state relations, will be presented and discussed at a workshop on 19 March in Brussels.
