Preliminary results of LIFE SIDE EU ETS assessment presented in Berlin

On 9 February Claudio Marcantonini, FSR Climate Deputy Director, participated, as representative of the LIFE SIDE project team, in a meeting in Berlin organised by the Advisory Group to the German Governement on Emissions Trading Schemes (AGE – Arbeitsgruppe Emissionshandel zur Bekämpfung des Treibhaus Effektes).

At the meeting Claudio presented the preliminary results on the assessment of the EU ETS carried our within the framework of the project Action C2. The assessment is planned to be completed by September 2017. Results of the analysis will be published in a report which will be publicly made available from the project web site

LIFE SIDE is a project co-funded by the  LIFE Programme of the European Commission. The project started in September 2016 and is carried out by the FSR Climate team of the Florence School of Regulation.
