In this podcast, we interviewed Stefano De Clara, Head of Secretariat at the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP). ICAP is an international forum for governments and public authorities that have implemented or are planning to implement emissions trading systems (ETS). Every year ICAP publishes a Status Report describing the latest developments in emissions trading around the world and in this episode, we speak about the latest Status Report of 2023. One key take-away is that carbon markets have shown much resilience in the past year, despite the global energy crisis.

The interview was led by Marie Raude and Lea Heinrich, Research Associates at the Climate Team of the Florence School of Regulation.
