Head of Cabinet Area at the CFO´s office, ADIF

Biography

José Luis Ruiz Castro is currently the Head of Cabinet Area at the CFO´s office. He is a public sector professional with more than 15 years’ experience, developing his career in the Spanish IM. He is particulary interested on the implementation of human resources management policies and the development of internal communication and stakeholder relations. He has also been member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Transport Association and the ESADE Alumni Public Management Club, a meeting place for alumni whose main objective is to promote the role of management in the field of public sector, creating a meeting place to share experiences, reflections and projects.
