Biography

Andrea Minuto Rizzo is Head of EU and International Institutional Affairs at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.

He previously served as Head of the International Affairs at the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and formerly worked in the Institutional Affairs Department at Enel.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires) and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. His work on competition economics and regulation has been published in both Italian and international academic journals.
