This week (25-26 January), Isabella Alloisio, Research Associate at FSR Climate, is attending the Expert Group Meeting on Advancing the 2030 Agenda: Interlinkages and Common Themes at the HLPF 2018, at the United Nations Headquarters, in New York.

Organised by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the meeting will focus on the interconnections between the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) under review at the High-level Political Forum in 2018 and the rest of Agenda 2030, with their concrete implications for policies, programmes and partnerships.

Isabella will deliver a presentation within Session 5: SDG 7: Ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. Her presentation will look at SDG 7 as an enabling factor for the achievement of other SDGs, in particular, SDG 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
