FSR Climate Director attending the UN Climate Change Conference Marrakesh 2016

Xavier Labandeira

Professor Xavier Labandeira, FSR Climate Director, will attend the 22nd session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 22) to the UNFCCC in Marrakesh, Morocco 2016.

During COP 22, parties will begin preparations for the entry into force of the Paris Agreement, and to encourage actions to implement the agreement that will address climate change.

Professor Labandeira will also take part in the Moving for Climate NOW ride an official  ‘labelled event’ at COP22, involving a team of cyclists gathering representatives from international and civil society organisations, governments, universities and businesses.
