Director FSR Climate speaking at the 17th Global Conference on Environmental Taxation

The FSR Climate Director, Xavier Labandeira is taking part this week in the 17th Global Conference on Environmental Taxation – Smart instrument mixes in a greening economy, taking place in Groningen, The Netherlands on 22-23 September 2016.
Professor Labandeira will speak on Friday, 23, at 11.20 on the topic ”Climate change and instrument mixes”.
