Current Research: State aid in the Energy Sector
Feb 25, 2016

Given the success of our recent book publication, Capacity Mechanisms in the EU Energy Market: Law Policy, and Economics (OUP 2015), the Energy Law and Policy Area is currently undertaking a new book project on the role of State aid in the energy sector. In response to the growing significance of the Treaty articles on State aid and the complexity of their application, the publication will provide an in-depth analysis of this extensive subject with contributions from policy-makers, academics, economists and legal professionals.
