The Florence School of Regulation (FSR) launches a public consultation, on behalf of ACER, on a possible scheme for incentive-based regulation of networks to promote efficiency and innovation in addressing electricity system needs.

The consultation follows a presentation on the topic delivered by the FSR at the June 2023 Copenhagen Forum and the production of a report for ACER describing the scheme in Summer 2023.

An online stakeholder consultation will occur on 24 November 2023, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. CET. During the online session, the proposed scheme will be presented, and participants will have the possibility to raise questions and express their views on the matter. Those interested in the consultation webinar are invited to register here by 22 November.
