The FSR Researcher Development Framework
FSR Research Fellow, Nicolò Rossetto illustrates the researcher development framework developed with our research team. The framework identifies four broad activities (research, training, engagement with practice and dissemination) with related tasks and sub-tasks.
During their stay at the FSR, researchers are supported to gradually move towards the outer layer of the development framework, accumulating experience, expanding their skills and taking more ownership of their activities, to facilitate such personal growth, with the ultimate goal of helping FSR researchers becoming the next generation of scholars and practitioners in regulatory affairs.
