Smart mobility : regulatory challenges of urban mobility

Il saggio affronta uno specifico aspetto della smart city quale soluzione alla complessità urbana: quello della smart mobility. Il banco di prova su cui misurare i mutamenti dei paradigmi della mobilità urbana è costituito dal caso della mobilità urbana non di linea. L’analisi è condotta con approccio critico teso a verificare quali possano essere, sul piano istituzionale, i modelli regolatori adeguati a gestire i nuovi paradigmi dell’innovazione nella mobilità urbana e le prospettive aperte de iure condendo.
