Biography

Bertil Hylén has a B.A. in social sciences. He has worked for VTI Transport Research in Sweden and for the European Commission DG TREN. Bertil’s clients have included the EU, Ministries, Transport Authorities and various transport organisations and companies. Bertil has a broad experience of European rail and public transport affairs including participation in several EU projects such as SPUTNIC, Strategies for Public TraNsport In Cities and LINK, the European Forum on Intermodal Passenger Transport.
