Tong Zhu presenting results of a study on Chinese energy policy

- Climate

Tong Zhu, Researcher at the FSR Climate, will present results of a study on Chinese energy policy at the 2018 Royal Economic Society Annual Conference, taking place at the University of Sussex, on  26-28 March 2018.

The next decade will see pressing demands on China to deliver a low-carbon economy. The study seeks to identify the impact of energy costs on industry location, structure and trade patterns between China and OECD countries. The findings shed a new light on how domestic energy and environmental policies should be adjusted as other countries’ regulations evolve.
