Jerzy Dudek is a PhD candidate at the EUI Law Department. His research focuses on the EU external energy policy and deals with the question whether it is possible to establish an effective EU external energy policy that would follow its own distinctive set of objectives. Because of the linkage between the internal and external spheres of EU energy policy, his research allows him to engage with both dimensions.
He gained diverse working experience as an intern at: the Legal Service of the European Commission, at the European Parliament, at the Polish Energy Regulatory Office, and at the international law firm White&Case.
Jerzy holds a LL.M degree in EU Law from Cambridge University (2011), a master’s degree in law (2010) and in political science (2009) from Warsaw University.
