David Kupfer’s research interest mainly deals with regulatory and administrative questions in the field of European integration. Before joining the FSR he has worked on European regional policy for the European Institute of Public Administration in Barcelona and for the European Parliament, where he was working on sustainable transport, assisting a Member of Parliament in the TRAN committee. He joined the Florence School of Regulation in October 2013. At the FSR he is responsible for the content of the European Transport Regulation Observer and the Florence Transport Forums covering regulatory topics in the fields of aviation, railways and urban public transport.
David holds a Diploma in Administrative studies from the University of Potsdam and a Master in European political and administrative studies from the College of Europe in Bruges.
